1. Services

Ceramic Auto Lab provides professional automotive services including but not limited to ceramic coatings, window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, ambient lighting, and dash camera installation. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, in compliance with applicable law.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Arrive at the scheduled time with your vehicle
• Provide accurate vehicle information at the time of booking
• Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling depending on availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided at the time of quote and is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle and the scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our location
• Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates only and are not guaranteed until a physical inspection is completed

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Ceramic Auto Lab is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions on your vehicle prior to service. We conduct a visual inspection before beginning work and will document any pre-existing issues.

By leaving your vehicle with us, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to have services performed
• You understand that certain services (such as PPF or ceramic coating) may reveal or highlight pre-existing paint imperfections
• You release Ceramic Auto Lab from liability for pre-existing damage noted prior to service

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Warranty terms vary by service and product. Any warranty offered will be communicated to you in writing at the time of service. Warranties are subject to the following general conditions:

• Proper vehicle maintenance and care by the owner as instructed
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care is not covered
• Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing at the time of service.
